As the owner and manager of the property, we are able to negotiate a Modified Gross Lease that will allow the tenant to worry about the business at hand and not worry about Common Area Maintenance Fees.
We handle the property expenses as well as the property management. J-Car, Inc. can also complete small tenant build-out projects for our tenants. |

Our primary focus has been to develop properties in the South Orlando area. We have both dock high buildings as well as grade level buildings. The bay sizes range from 2,000sf to 10,000sf with varying sizes of office layouts.
J-Car, Inc. also owns and manages three self storage facilities, offering added space for both business and individuals throughout the Orlando area.
